Joseph Resta
Founder | Chief Operating Officer
Joseph N. Resta is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at RYE Strategies, bringing more than a decade of experience in political digital marketing and strategy. He began his career at the Republican Governors Association and the Republican National Committee before advancing into senior leadership roles at leading political digital firms.
Following his service on the 2017 Presidential Inaugural Committee, Joseph relocated to Texas, where he expanded his digital strategy expertise. Before Co-founding the company, Joseph served as COO at an award-winning digital firm from 2022 to 2026. He is focused on helping clients successfully navigate digital platforms and execute high-performing campaigns.

Andy Yates brings over 22 years of expertise in national politics and public affairs, advising everyone from presidential campaigns to Fortune 500 companies on digital strategy and communications.
As Co-Founder of Republican Ads, he has pioneered ad tech innovations that earned multiple Gold Pollie Awards for excellence in targeting and mobile technology. In 2016, Andy played a pivotal role in the Republican National Convention and the subsequent Presidential Inauguration. Recognized as a "Rising Star" and one of the "Top Forty Under Forty" in American Politics, he continues to lead the industry with award-winning strategic solutions.
